Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR(Malaysian Ringgit).
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
For Ready Stock products, delivery takes about 1-3 working days via Pos Laju.
While Pre Order products normally takes 4 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. Please note international shipment can be delayed and it might take longer than expected.
